Terms of Service

Plain-English terms covering use of the Simplorify website. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

Last updated: April 22, 2026

1. Who we are

Simplorify is a software consultancy based in New York, NY. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Using the website

You may browse, read, and share content from this site freely. Please don't scrape the site at abusive volume, attempt to break into things, or pretend you're us.

3. Client work

Any engagement to build, consult, or maintain software is governed by a separate signed proposal or statement of work. Those terms take precedence over anything on this page.

4. Intellectual property

The Simplorify name, logo, and site content are ours. The open ideas in blog posts are yours to borrow freely — no attribution required, but appreciated.

5. No warranties on blog content

Information on this site is provided as-is. We try to be accurate and current, but don't base major business decisions exclusively on a blog post — including ours. Hire someone (maybe us, maybe not) if the stakes matter.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Simplorify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our liability for any direct damages is capped at what you paid us in the preceding 12 months (which is $0 for website visitors).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in New York courts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
